The ordering process for a custom project all begins with completing our Quote Form.  This is where we get a better idea of where you’re located, what your vision is, and your desired completion date. After submitting this form, we’ll review your project and respond within 5 business days with a rough price estimate and will schedule a time to further discuss your project.

An important part of this discussion will be desired wood species, particular design/style elements and other details (such as shipping, delivery and installation required) that will help us provide you with a firm quote.

When you want to proceed with the build, a 10% deposit is required to finalize the design (which will involve showing you conceptual designs and getting your input), and upon acceptance of that design an additional 40% deposit will be due.  The final payment will not be due until delivery and/or installation and you are completely satisfied.

Throughout the process, and afterwards I will always be available to answer any questions you may have.
